When you use ColdCraft, you enter information about your product, target customer, and prospect. We process this text to generate email drafts using Claude (Anthropic's AI). We do not store your prompts or generated emails after your session ends.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number, CVC, or full billing details. Stripe may collect your email address and billing details subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Usage data
We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to operate and improve the service. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to remember your access tier (free, credits, or Pro) between page visits. No tracking cookies. No third-party ad networks.
